Seeing the below negative review on today's brisket I am confused. My family got two brisket sandwiches and one order of brisket quesadillas - the brisket was amazing! It was tender, flavorful and thick, 10/10. We come here often, you can tell this is a family owned and personal atmosphere... it's so refreshing to have this atmosphere unless of a corporate feeling. Thanks for another meal well done!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was excellent across the board. The nachos were massive and packed with flavor—definitely a must-try. The baked spaghetti was seasoned perfectly, something you don’t expect to find at a BBQ joint, but they nailed it. The BBQ chicken platter was moist, tender, and full of smoky goodness. Even the mac and cheese stood out—creamy, cheesy, and comforting. The atmosphere inside was warm and inviting, a perfect place to sit back and enjoy some seriously good eats. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be bringing friends.

Always delicious. The new location in downtown Selma is a great fit! My wife and daughter eat here at least a few times a week. I stopped in with them twice last week and got the roasted turkey. So good. Great locally owned restaurant!

Great little walk-in, in the middle of a very nice town. Good food, from the brisket to the ribs, (and the chicken, also!)- throw in some pretty good southern sides like potato salad, slaw and some beans and this lil BBQ place will make you want to come back. Very nice people work here, it's clean and comfortable, and the price didn't take away from my grocery money! Seating is very limited, but just get your order to go. There are lots of things to see and do right outside of their door. BTW the weekend my fam and i visited, they had a public "wine crawl" event going on in town!! We really couldn't go wrong!!

Want some fabulous BBQ? This is the place. The brisket sandwich is amazing. The collards are some of the best I have ever had! I understand they are grandma’s recipes. The nachos are plentiful and flavorful. You can’t go wrong with this place. The owners are kind and customer service oriented.

It was my daughter's birthday. First visit to the new location. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! FOOD PORTIONS are impressive. Corn bread is to die for. Nachos lasted 3 days and I happily ate them at work! So filling! My Sis got the BBQ turkey sandwich and greens while my daughter got brisket sliders. Holy smokes. The Mac N cheese alone was delish. The sweet lady (owner?) came over and she just made my daughter feel super special on her birthday. What a genuine, kind and passionate team they have! I'll never forget the kindness and warmth she showed us! Thank you!

The food has always been delicious and plenty of it, when I have visited. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is no waitress etc. Food is ordered and picked up at the counter - or was at old location. This may have changed upon moving to Selma. Food was always prepared quickly. I look forward to visiting the new Selma location soon. I still need to try the Baked Spaghetti.

Best bbq I've ever had, hand's down. I got the brisket sandwich and by the time I was done, I needed to be rolled out the door, it was HUGE! We also ordered the half portion of nachos, needless to say we needed a to go box for them but what few chips we squeezed in were amazing! My family member ordered the half rib's and they were fall off the bone magical! To be fully honest though, we didn't really like the sides. I got coleslaw and my family member ordered baked beans and potato salad. Honestly though we got so full off of just the meat and sandwich and few nachos we truthfully didn't care about the sides anyway . We finally found an awesome bbq place!! Keep up the great work, we will be back!
